Philosophy

My philosophy is to provide preventive and therapeutic counseling to help enrich everyday life along your journey.

My focus is to help the individual and/or family members move through life's stressors that can sometimes appear overwhelming.

 

You are the expert on your life and your situation. My role is to listen and provide the best counseling approach/ techniques that may help in your unique circumstances.  My main counseling therapy is a behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approach.
